Dirtiest Starbucks I've ever seen. Totally disgusting, dust and soil filled floor, Spilled liquids that have been on the floor so long that they dried. Serving counter absolutely horrendous. Just see my photos. It smelled sour when I walked in. Not like a Starbucks at all. I'm a big fan so this hurt my heart. I'm going to try to find a way to share these photos with corporate and get this Starbucks in line.
These people need proper management. I have been here multiple times and have watched my pick up order sit on the counter in the back fully ready with a bag sitting next to it with my name on it for 20 minutes. They were aware that I was there to pick up the order and proceeded to take orders from other people as they were walking in instead of bagging my order first. I had to wait 20 minutes just for them to bag my order when it was already ready when I walked in.
The service is always good when I go in. Their management is talked about a lot around customers and off clock associates which is a little misleading. The tables are normally cleaned to perfection and I feel as though sometimes a bit too much because I can still feel the after soap from when they were cleaned. The music is good when inside zero complaints but i think more genres would be a more welcoming thing for guests. I've always enjoyed the service brought to the customers but i have heard some of the window folk talk poorly about guests choices of brew and the customers invoices. Their food is great and I like the selections.
These people work hard to get you properly made stuff. Was there just yesterday, just before the holidays here, and they were under the gun and dealing with frustrated people misdirecting their frustration, but they all seemed to handle it great.
We order one….. ONE, tall peppermint mocha and waited for 25 minutes while other customers who arrived after me and ordered received theirs first… worse Starbucks service in the Rockford area.
Clean and efficient Starbucks location. Nothing particularly memorable about this relative to other branches, but they're doing steady business! Expect a bit of a line and wait.
It's Starbucks ofcourse it's good. But I definitely have my favorite baristas whom tend to make my drink just a little better.

I had a horrible experience at this location with Rachel Keene yesterday. I hope that she is able to get trained on creating a great customer experience. Starbucks is too expensive to not get your points or be able to get a receipt. It's really unacceptable that you wouldn't ask about my points or put paper in so that I could get a receipt, but instead make excuses and empty apologies. I'll give Starbucks a break for a while if not forever. Dunkin donuts would never do this.
